Shipping Page Overview

Visit:

This is your control panel for all shipping-related settings.

1. Click the “Click here to add Shipping Policies” to view your shipping policies for your store
2. Under New Zealand hit the Edit button to view and add shipping methods.

Setting Up Shipping Policies

In the Shipping Settings panel:

• Processing Time: e.g. 1 business day
• Shipping Policy: e.g. Shipping via NZPost, est. 2–3 working days.
• Refund Policy: e.g. If record is damaged/ isn’t as described in listing.
  

✅ Click Save Settings after entering your info.

Adding a Shipping Method

1. In the Shipping Settings zone list (on the shipping home page), click Edit under your region (e.g., New Zealand).
2. The below page is then loaded. Click + Add Shipping Method.
3. Choose Flat Rate, Local Pickup, or Free Shipping.

Flat Rate is best for setting tiered or per-record shipping.

Edit Shipping Costs & Titles

When adding or editing a Flat Rate method:

• Title: e.g. Regular Shipping, Rural Shipping
• Cost: e.g $10
• Description: (optional) e.g. Shipping for non-rural addresses

Additional Shipping

What Is Additional Shipping?
When a buyer orders more than one record from your store, you may want to:

• Charge a higher shipping cost for the first record, and then
• Add a smaller extra cost for each additional record in the same order.

This helps cover your packaging and postage costs fairly, without overcharging buyers.

For additional shipping cost setup, use this formula:

10 + ( [qty] – 1 ) * 3

• $10 = first record shipping
• $3 = each additional record

How It Looks on the Cart Page

Customers will see available shipping methods and associated costs based on their address and your setup. For example:

• Regular Shipping: $10
• Rural Shipping: $15
• Local Pickup: $0
  

Shipping is calculated automatically depending on the number of records.
